Day 28

The “In the SPOTLIGHT” Recognition Program was established to celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of the employees and service teams of the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind (SCSDB). Employees can receive recognition in the following categories:

1. Excellent Customer Service
2. Leadership
3. Problem Prevention or Planning
4. Creativity and Initiative
5. Safety
6. Individual Accomplishment
7. Team Accomplishment
8. Demonstration of Core Values

Any employee at SCSDB can recognize another employee by filling out an “In the SPOTLIGHT” card and giving it to the employee receiving recognition.  Employees can then enter their card into a drawing to win a prize.  The SC School for the Deaf and the Blind Foundation is proud to sponsor the prizes given to the winners of the “In the SPOTLIGHT” Recognition Program.  It is just a small way we can say “Thank You” to the SCSDB employees for everything they do for our students to help them succeed.
